FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide us with and those generated during the development of the relationship with you, are processed for the following purposes:

  • Respond to your requests
  • provide you with information about the products of TUNA CONGELADORES Y TRANSPORTES FRIGORIFICOS S.A., consenting to the sending of commercial communications by email or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have provided to us.

The data subject has the right to have his/her data deleted, due to the disappearance of the purpose that motivated the processing or collection, by revocation of consent when it is this that legitimizes the processing, or for the rest of the reasons contained in article 17 GDPR. The deletion will be carried out by proceeding to the high-level deletion of the data contained in automated media and the physical destruction of the non-automated media
