En ce sens, ATUNSA ne capturera, ne stockera, ne vendra ni ne distribuera intentionnellement le thon captur\u00e9 par des sennes coulissantes de mammif\u00e8res marins dans des sennes coulissantes dans aucun des oc\u00e9ans du monde.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"DCP-nonemmelants\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-DCP-nonemmelants\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">DCP NONEMM\u00caLANTS \u2013 NON ENTANGLING FAD<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-DCP-nonemmelants\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019engagement de notre entreprise envers l\u2019environnement, ATUNSA interdit depuis 2015 l\u2019utilisation \u00e0 bord de nos navires des DCP (Dispositifs de Concentration de Poissons) avec un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de maillages, tel que d\u00e9fini dans le Guide d\u2019ISSF de 2013 sur les DCP non maillants.<\/p>\n<p>Cette politique s\u2019appliquera \u00e0 tous les nouveaux d\u00e9ploiments de DCP, quel que soit le type de navire qui les utilise.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce sens, les DCP utilis\u00e9s par les navires d\u2019ATUNSA suivent les directives suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Si des filets sont utilis\u00e9s pour la construction de la grille et\/ou de la partie immerg\u00e9e, dans les oc\u00e9ans o\u00f9 ils sont autoris\u00e9s, ils ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s qu\u2019avec de petites mailles (&lt; 7cm).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0ATUNSA effectuera des essais avec du mat\u00e9riel sans filet afin qu\u2019\u00e0 partir du 1 avril 2025, des DCP non maillants soient utilis\u00e9s dans tous les oc\u00e9ans.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lors des visites des DCP suivi d\u2019un changement de balise de la flotte, le mat\u00e9riel maillant sera remplac\u00e9 par des DCP non maillants, selon les crit\u00e8res \u00e9tablis dans le code de bonnes pratiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ATUNSA s\u2019efforcera au maximum d\u2019utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux biod\u00e9gradables dans la construction de ces nouveaux DCP non maillants et s\u2019engage \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les DCP maillants que ses navires rep\u00e8rent en mer pour les ramener au port afin de les traiter comme des d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<p>*\u00c0 compter du 1er avril 2025, la CM 3.5 sera abrog\u00e9e et remplac\u00e9e par la CM 3.7.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"Politique-dutilisation-des-DCP\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-Politique-dutilisation-des-DCP\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">POLITIQUE D\u2019UTILISATION DES DCP- FAD MANAGEMENT POLICY (MC 3.7 ISSF)<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-Politique-dutilisation-des-DCP\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>ATUNSA a adopt\u00e9 les engagements suivants d\u2019apr\u00e8s les recommandations des Bonnes Pratiques \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le Document Technique 2019-11 ISSF, \u201cRecommended Best Practices for FAD Management in Tropical Tuna Purse Seine Fisheries\u201d (en fran\u00e7ais, \u201cMeilleures pratiques recommand\u00e9es pour la gestion des DCP dans la p\u00eache au thon tropical \u00e0 la senne coulissante\u201d) et la Mesure de Conservation 3.7 d\u2019ISSF:<\/p>\n<p>ATUNSA exige \u00e0 bord de ses navires que les bonnes pratiques suivantes soient mises en oeuvre en mati\u00e8re de gestion des DCP, identifi\u00e9es dans le rapport technique de l\u2019ISSF 2023-10, qui met \u00e0 jour le rapport technique de l\u2019ISSF 2019-11 \u201cRecommended Best Practices for FAD Management in Tropical Tuna Purse Seine Fisheries\u201d (en fran\u00e7ais, \u201cMeilleures pratiques recommand\u00e9es pour la gestion des DCP dans la p\u00eache au thon tropical \u00e0 la senne coulissante\u201d):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Respecter les exigences de presentation de donn\u00e9es \u00e9tablies par l\u2019\u00c9tat du Pavillon et les Organisations R\u00e9gionales de Gestion des P\u00eaches (ORGP) pour les statistiques.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9clarer volontairement des donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les bou\u00e9es DCP L\u2019utilisation par les organismes scientifiques des ORGP.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fournir volontairement des donn\u00e9es acoustiques sur la biomasse provenant des bou\u00e9es \u00e9cho sondeur des dispositifs de concentration de poissons (DCP) aux institutions scientifiques nationales comp\u00e9tentes et aux organisations scientifiques des ORGP dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 90 jours. Les donn\u00e9es soumises comprendront le nom du navire et le num\u00e9ro OMI et, si possible, identifieront les d\u00e9ploiements. Dans le cas o\u00f9 les navires couverts par la politique d\u00e9clarent leurs donn\u00e9es aux institutions scientifiques nationales et\/ou \u00e0 leur \u00c9tat de pavillon, ils doivent documenter qu\u2019ils aient demand\u00e9 que ces donn\u00e9s soient mises \u00e0 la disposition des ORGP concern\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Apporter quotidiennement les donn\u00e9es de posisiton des DCP dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 90 jours aux institiutions scientifiques nationales, qui les partageront avec les organismes scientifiques des ORP. Les donn\u00e9es soumises comprendront le nom du navire et le num\u00e9ro OMI et, si possible, identifieront les d\u00e9ploiements. Dans le cas o\u00f9 les navires couverts par la politique d\u00e9clarent ces donn\u00e9es aux institutions scientifiques nationales et\/ou \u00e0 leur \u00c9tat de pavillon, ils doivent justifier qu\u2019ils aient demand\u00e9 que ces donn\u00e9es soient mises \u00e0 la disposition des ORGP concern\u00e9es \u00e0 des fins scientifiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Soutenir les limites bas\u00e9es sur la science concernant le nombre total de DCP utilis\u00e9s par navire et\/ou les ensembles de DCP fabriqu\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>N\u2019utiliser que des DCP totalement non maillants pour r\u00e9duire la p\u00eache fant\u00f4me.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer ou red\u00e9ployer (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire mettre \u00e0 l\u2019eau) uniquement des DCP totalement non maillants (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sans aucun filet) conform\u00e9ment au Guide ISSF des DCP non maillants.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, lorsque cela est possible, tout DCP pr\u00e9existant qui ne soit pas totalement non maillants et qui ne respecte pas cette mesure, qu\u2019un calage soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ou non, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 utiliser des DCP biod\u00e9gradables et des politiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des DCP ainsi que r\u00e9duire les impacts environnmentaux de la perte de DCP en utilisant des DCP biodegradables et des politiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ratoin des DCP.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce sens, coop\u00e9rer au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 l\u2019application de m\u00e9canismes emp\u00eachant la d\u00e9rive des DCP dans les habitats vuln\u00e9rables et les zones \u00e0 haut risque d\u2019\u00eachouage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duire les impacts environnementaux de la perte de DCP en utilisant des DCP biod\u00e9gradables et des politiques de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de DCP.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des essais de conceptions de DCP biod\u00e9gradables et\/ou \u00e0 des programmes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de DCP qui incluent la participation des organismes scientifiques des ORPs et\/ou des \u00c9tats C\u00f4tiers, des scientifiques nationaux et\/ou des scientifiques de l\u2019ISSF pour surveiller la conception exp\u00e9rimentale.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, ATUNSA participe \u00e0 des projets avec l\u2019AZTI et l\u2019Institut espagnol d\u2019oc\u00e9anographie (IEO) pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la gestion et de la connaissance de l\u2019impact des DCP, en \u00e9tudiant la viabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9ploiement de dispositifs DCP plus simples et plus petits.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pour les requins soyeux (le principal probl\u00e8me de prises accessoires dans l\u2019utilisation de DCP), mettre en oeuvre de nouveaux efforts d\u2019att\u00e9nuation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utiliser \u00e9galement les bonnes pratiques \u00e9tablies par l\u2019ISSF pour la lib\u00e9ration des esp\u00e8ces sensibles (requins, tortues de mer et raies), en assurant la formation de l\u2019\u00e9quipage en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 appliquer de bonnes pratiques pour la manipulation et la remise \u00e0 l\u2019eau des esp\u00e8ces captur\u00e9es accidentellement telles que les requins soyeux, d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces de requins ou les raies ,en dispensant une formation aux \u00e9quipages en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Cette politique a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour le\u00a02\u00a0janvier\u00a02025.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"La flotte d\u2019ATUNSA La flotte d&#8217;ATUNSA pratique une p\u00eache responsable et respectueuse de l&#8217;environnement, ax\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9servation des ressources, afin de continuer \u00e0 fournir du thon captur\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re durable.
